Arbeidsreg is diè deel van die reg wat die verhouding tussen werkgewers en werknemers reguleer. Arbeidsreg word onder andere gereguleer in die Wet op Arbeidsverhoudinge, 66 van 1995, sowel as die Wet op Basiese Diensvoorwaardes, 75 van 1997. Ons tree hoofsaaklik namens werkgewers op, en kan alle aspekte van die diensverhouding hanteer, vanaf die opstel van die dienskontrak en gevolglike dissiplinêre kodes en prosedures, tot die hantering van dissiplinêre en verwante verhore sowel as enige afleggings-prosesse. Ons verteenwoordig gereeld werkgewers by die KVBA en bedingingsrade, en het ook ondervinding in die Arbeidshof. Ons het ook by geleentheid werkgewers bygestaan nadat hul werknemers op ongemagtigde stakings gegaan het.

Labour law deals with all aspect of the employment relationship between an employer and its employees, and is regulated, amongst others, by the Labour Relations Act, 66 of 1995 and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 75 of 1997. We act mostly for employers in the employment relationship, and can deal with all aspects pertaining thereto, from the drafting of the employment agreement and the relevant codes and procedures, to dealing with disciplinary or capacity hearings and advising on retrenchment processes. We regularly represent employers at the CCMA and various bargaining councils, and have experience in the Labour Court. We have, on occasion, also assisted clients when their employees embarked on unlawful strike action.
